Caris & Company is a full service investment bank headquartered in Del Mar, California. We also have offices in San Francisco, New York, and Boston. Created in 2002, our simple goal is to create the best research product available on Wall Street. Our primary clients are institutional investors with a 12 month investment horizon. We offer research services in four verticals: Technology, Health Care, Consumer, and Energy. Together these verticals comprise approximately 80% of the S & P 500. We break down each vertical by sector, and currently cover over 140 companies spanning 14 sectors of the economy. We bring Wall Steet a research product that is never conflicted by banking relationships, just deeply devoted to idea generation.

Our investment banking team, while kept distinctly separate from our research department, also has deep domain expertise in the verticals we cover. We provide capital raising services, Mergers & Acquisition advisory, and Corporate Valuation Services to middle market companies and those companies seeking strategic alternatives. We are uniquely positions to advise public companies and those companies that are going public with objective advice on deal structure and leadership. We have a primary account base of legacy mutual funds and high quality long term holders of stocks. This enables our banking team to introduce our corporate clients to solid long term financial partners.

Core to the firm is the experience of each and every team member. Our team members, on average, have over 15 years of experience in their related field. All of them have uncompromised ethics.
